Bob and Helen Parr are retired super heroes, living in suburbia with their children (Vi, Dash, and Jack Jack), trying to fit in. But, Bob misses being a Super and gets involved in another case, without telling Helen. He ends up in trouble and the family goes to the rescue. They work together, fighting the bad guys and finding courage and strength they didn't know they had.
