Aluminum Robot

Give your preschool child a head start for school.

Love the Robots movie? You can make your own robot, or one inspired from the movie, using aluminum cans!

What You’ll Need

At least four aluminum cans
Aluminum foil and other metallic paper
Colored paper
Scissors
Tape
Markers
Glue

Instructions

1. Clean and dry the aluminum cans.
2. Wrap aluminum cans with aluminum foil, metallic paper, or colored paper.
3. Glue cans together, one on top of the other, to form the head, body and legs of the robot.
4. Cut the robot's arms out of colored paper. Or, twist pieces of aluminum foil to make arms. Tape the robot's arms to the body.
5. Add the robot's features using the markers and other bits of colored paper.
