Apple Faces

Give your preschool child a head start for school.

Apples can have unique faces, expressions and personalities!

What You’ll Need

Apples
Small fruits and vegetables
Toothpicks
Markers
Yarn
Colored paper
Scrap fabric
Glue

Instructions

1. Give each apple a face by sticking small fruits and vegetables to the outside to create features. For example, raisins make good eyes. Slices of celery could form ears. Broccoli florets make good hair. Or, draw the face on with markers.
2. Use yarn, colored paper and scrap fabric for pieces of clothing, such as hats, scarves and collars.
