Be sure to include as many types of mothers and children as you can find, not forgetting our feathered, furry, shelled, and scaley friends! What You’ll Need* Magazines* Pictures of Mothers and Children of all species! * Glue * Construction paper Instructions1) Cut out pictures of mom and children out of magazines2) Also cut out pictures of you and child. (If this is for a group, ask them to bring a picture of them and mom) 3) Glue each picture onto a 3x5 card and play matching game and memory game with the children and moms. Optional: Glue the pictures into a book format and write a story about each mother/child pair. |
