Autumn Spicy Collage

Give your preschool child a head start for school.

Bring the colors of fall indoors with this fun and spicy activity!

What You’ll Need

Pencil
Bond paper
Powdered spices of various colors
Dried herbs
Glue
Paintbrush

Instructions

1. Draw an autumn scene on a sheet of bond paper. Keep the drawing simple with lots of big spaces and few small details.
2. Fill in the spaces with powdered spices and dried herbs. Spread the glue on a shape using the paintbrush. Sprinkle the spice or herb over the shape. Shake off the excess. Repeat until the collage is finished.
3. Display, smell and admire!
