> Beach & Ocean Activities Beach Sand ArtYou can turn your name into a sandy masterpiece with this beach art project. Or, you may want to "paint" a picture with sand. This is a fun craft to experiment with using different thickness of glue for different results. What You’ll Need* Beach sand (you can get white or colored beach sand at most craft stores if you don't have access to the beach)* Card-stock paper (or any heavy paper) * School Craft Glue Instructions1) Draw "pictures" or write words on the paper with the glue, squeezing lines of glue from tube or using fingers to spread out into larger areas.2) Then sprinkle the sand on the glue before it dries and you'll make beach art. Be sure to work in small areas at a time so that the glue doesn't dry before you're ready with the sand. |
