Corn Meal Drawing

Give your preschool child a head start for school.

This is a great way to keep little hands busy while mom is preparing dinner!

What You’ll Need

* Corn meal
* Cookie sheet (with edges)

Directions

Lightly sprinkle the cornmeal into the cookie sheet and let your child draw pictures with his index finger. After he draws one he can lightly shake the sheet back and forth for a fresh start.

This activity is a great way to help children learn their letters as well. You draw a letter in the corn meal and then have them copy you with their finger.
