Cut construction paper into different shapes, such as stars, flowers, Christmas trees, etc.2. Trace a circle in the middle of each shape. Use a cookie cutter or drinking glass with a round mouth. Cut out the circles. 3. Glue colored cellophane behind each shape. Use Christmas colors like red, green and yellow. 4. Decorate the ornaments with glitter glue, glitter pen, markers and other decorating materials. 5. Punch a hole on top of each ornament. Tie a string or yarn into the hole and hang on your tree.
