What You’ll NeedLarge Coffee Can or Empty Metal can with tight fitting lids.Paper Solid color cardstock Scalloped paper edger Ruler Adhesive 1/4 inch of double sided tape Pencil Scissors Markers Craft Blade ( Please Use with Adult Supervision Only) Instructions1) Cut your paper to cover the can.2) Glue your paper to your can. 3) For the drum strings, cut 1/4 inch strips of solid card stock . 4) Place on the paper you had already used on the can with the double sided tape. 5) Trace lid on Sold card stock. 6) Cut the circle out. 7) Use the double sided tape to place the lid on the circle cut out. 8) Make your money slot on the lid with the craft blade. 9) Cut ½ inch strips of card stock long enough to fit around the can. 10) Trim one side with decorative scissors. 11) Tape around the edge of the lid, scallop side down 12) Use the other strip along the bottom edge of the can, scallop side up. You have a Drum Bank. |
