Egg Carton Bird Feeder

Finding interesting uses for egg cartons is an excellent way to help your child learn about recycling. The birds will love you for this one!

What You’ll Need

Styrofoam egg carton
Wild Bird Seed
Sunflower Seeds
Raisins (optional)
Peanut Butter (optional)
Apples (optional)
Suet (optional)
Bread Crumbs (optional)
String
Nail or Hook to hang Bird Feeder

Instructions

1) Clean and use a Styrofoam egg carton.

2) Fill cups with any combination of wild bird seed, sunflower seeds, raisins, apples, suet, seeds mixed with peanut butter, peanuts, bread crumbs, water, corn or berries.

3) Place outside on a window sill or hang from a tree.
