Egg Salad in an Ice Cream Cone

This is my kids' favorite meal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

They love egg salad, but only if it is served up in an ice cream cone! It is so much more fun to eat this way!!

My friends and family were horrified when I first told them about this one, but they are all believers now too.

What You’ll Need

* Your favorite egg salad recipe
* Regular ice cream cones (not the sugar cones)

Directions

The kids love to help me peel the hard boiled eggs and slice the eggs in our egg slicer.

Then we mix up the egg salad, scoop it into ice cream cones, and we are all ready for lunch!
