Fabric Covered Book for Mommy

This makes a beautify Mother's Day gift that's sure to be cherished every day!

What You’ll Need

Blank book or blank sheets of paper
Stapler or paper punch and ribbons
Fabric scraps
Scissors
Glue
Optional: ribbons, fabric markers, fabric paint

Instructions

1. Buy a blank book or make your own by stacking sheets of blank paper.
2. Fold in half crosswise.
3. Staple at the fold. Alternatively, punch two holes at the center fold.
4. Tie a ribbon around the holes to keep the sheets together.
5. Cover the front and back of the book with a piece of fabric.
6. Cut smaller pieces as decoration and glue them in place.
7. If you like, embellish the cover with ribbons, fabric markers, fabric paint and other art supplies.
