Cut the neckline off the shirt by following the neckline cuff. Cut off the hemmed material from the sleeves and bottom of the shirt.2. Make fringes on the sleeves and bottom of the T-shirt by making small cuts all along the edges, about 3/8 inch wide. Make the fringes at least 1 inch long on the sleeves and about 3 inches long on the bottom. 3. If you have beads, place one - or several - beads on each fringe. Knot the ends to keep the beads from slipping off. 4. Now personalize your shirt by using fabric pens, fabric paint or iron-on letters. |
