A slumber party with games, stories, and making snacks will be a long affair. You will want to have enough prizes to give small ones throughout the evening. Then you will want a larger prize to be given with the gift bags when the girls go home the next morning. Begin the evening by giving each girl a pink prize bag with their name written in marker or glitter pen.

Keychain digital cameras
Dress up items such as sunglasses and scarves
Plastic or inflatable microphones
Travel size lotion, nail polish, etc.
Stuffed animals

1. Give each girl her first party favor after they are settled and comfortable. A pair of slippers will be nice so they can take off their shoes when they get to the house. The slippers will also minimize the dirt being tracked over the party rooms and house.

2. A fun gift would be a keychain digital camera! The girls would be able to take their own pictures during the party. You can include a small photo album and stickers in the gift bags. They can then use those as a way to display and decorate the photos they take.

3. Don't forget paper and markers to records the scores during the Slumber Party Karaoke competition! You can also provide fun dress up items such as sunglasses, scarves and plastic or inflatable microphones. The girls can use those during the competition.

4. You may want the prizes to be something the girls can use later. You can buy travel size things like lotion and nail polish that can easily be put into a purse. You can set up a prize table and once a girl wins, she can go to the table and pick a prize.

5. If the girls still like stuffed animals, they would make a great prize for the guess the right girlfriend game. The stuffed teddy bears can be outfitted with fashion hats or necklaces as decorations.

6. Another great party favor would be a jewelry making kit or scrapbook items. Take your daughter to a craft store to have her help pick out the sets to be given away.

7. When the girls come down for breakfast in the morning you can have a personalized mug waiting for them. They can add it to the growing list of items they have acquired during the party. Any unclaimed prizes can be divided up among the girls the next morning.

Of course you can pick to do only one or two of these things as the slumber party can get to be quite expensive if you are not careful.
