> Halloween Activities Halloween BowlingAll kids like to go bowling. There is nothing like rolling that ball down the lane and knocking over those pins. So why not bowl at your child’s Halloween Party? Here’s how it’s done. How to PlayTake 10 two liter soda pop bottles you have washed out and removed the outside covering from. Place the cap back on the bottle it will help to stabilize them a little better.Next paint the bottles with white, orange, black, green and gray paint. Use a non-oil based paint so the paint doesn’t run off. Spray paint is one of the best types of paint to use. It is easier to put on and doesn’t have a tendency to chip or run off the bottle. Next decorate you bowling pins. Decorate the white pins as ghosts. The orange pins will be pumpkins, the black ones are bats, the green ones are those scary witches and the gray can be your tombstones. Use paint to draw your faces, hats, wings, fangs and to outline your tombstones. You can set the pins up in your house or outside. If you are in the house be sure to remove items that might be damaged or could pose a danger to your children. Be sure to have enough room for the “lane area.” Don’t make it too far away but also be sure it’s not super easy either. The challenge is part of the fun. Find a playground size rubber ball to use as the bowling ball. Then let your children knock those pins right over. They will have a blast and a good laugh at how the pins look. It will be a fun time for all. |
