Hawaiian Grass Skirt

These skirts are not really made of grass, but they're as much fun to wear and even more colorful!

What You’ll Need

Crepe paper
String
Scissors
Stapler

Instructions

1. Cut crepe paper into strips about 1 inch wide and as long as the distance from the child's waist to knees, plus 1 inch.

2. Cut the string as long as the child's waist, plus six inches.

3. Staple the crepe paper strips along the length of the string. Tie the string around the child's waist.

4. Turn on some hula music and sway like a hula dancer!
