Homemade Matzah Pins

If your family knows anything about Passover, your child knows that Matzah is eaten at this time of the year. Here are instructions on making Matzah pins for the female guests to wear.

What You’ll Need

Pieces of Matzah
Water
Glue
Wiggly eyes
Marker
Pin backs

Instructions

1. Mix a little water and glue to make a clear coating. Paint this on both sides of the Matzah. Wait for it to dry.

2. Glue the pin on the back and let that dry.

3. When everything has dried, glue the wiggly eyes on the opposite side and draw a mouth.

4. It may be necessary to paint another layer of the glue and water mixture over the face to keep the eyes and mouth in place.

If the pin back won't stick to the Matzah, use a hot glue gun instead. Of course use adult supervision when doing this.
