I bet he'd be even more surprised if he knew you made it all by yourself! There's no mistake who's Easter Basket this is because you've created this cute little basket with your very own design! What You’ll Needcardboard egg carton (one dozen size, cut in groups of four cups, you will have three square baskets)scissors paints and paintbrushes 6 pipe cleaners (2 per basket) decorative materials such as stickers, glitter glue, beads, old magazines, glue, ribbons, lace, etc. Easter Basket grass, or cut up construction paper, accordion folded fill with dyed hard boiled Easter Eggs, jelly beans, etc. Instructions1. Cut out groups of 4 adjacent cups of the egg carton. Keep the cups attached to each other. (you will have 3 square egg baskets)2. Paint the cups in the desired color. If you like, decorate the cups with stickers, glitter glue, beads, lace, fabric, or colorful pictures cut out from magazines. 3. Poke 2 holes from either side of the egg carton. Twist the two pipe cleaners together to make a strong handle. Tie each end of the handle to one hole. If desired, twist and tie a ribbon around the handle. Repeat for each basket. 4. Line the cups with a little Easter Basket grass and fill the baskets with Easter Eggs, jelly beans or other Easter goodies! |
