Make a Harvest Stew

After you’re finished with your Cornucopia, use the vegetables to make ‘Harvest Stew.’

Early in the day, get out your crock pot and fill with approx. 1 cup clear soup broth.

Turn on High.

Have your child help you wash the vegetables and then help prepare them for the stew.

Put the veggies into the crock pot, replace lid and cook for 2-4 hours.

When the stew is finished, pretend your enjoying your first Thanksgiving!
