These sweet little marshmallow ghosts are an adorable treat for your favorite little Trick-or-Treater.

What You'll Need

12 large Marshmallows
2 Cups White Chocolate Chips
12 Lollipop Sticks
Black Cake Decorating Paste

Instructions

Pour the white chocolate chips in a microwave save dish. Microwave on low for one minute and stir the chips. Continue microwaving in 30 sec intervals, stirring in-between. When most chips seem melted, stop microwaving and continue to stir. The carry-over heat will melt the remaining chips. Be careful not to overheat the melted mixture. It can easily burn if you microwave it for too long.

Stick a marshmallow on the top of each lollipop stick. Dip each marshmallow in the melted white chocolate. Stick them marshmallow side up in a glass, making sure they do not touch each other. Put them in the refrigerator to cool completely (about 10 minutes).

Use the black cake decorating paste to draw eyes and an open mouth (o-shape) on the marshmallow.

You can wrap them individually in cellophane, or stick a bunch of them in a cup to serve.
