Mother's Day Picture FrameSpotlight a favorite picture of Mom with her beloved little ones with this custom-decorated, simple-to-make picture frame! What You’ll NeedTwo file foldersPhoto of Mom and children Craft knife Tape Glue Colored paper, fabric scraps, ribbons, beads, rhinestones, feathers and other decorative materials Instructions1. Cut the edges of one file folder so that they are straight. Using the craft knife, cut out a square or rectangular hole on the front half of the folder.2. Tape three sides of the folder together to create a pouch. 3. Glue the photograph onto the other file folder. Cut to make sure the mounted photograph can fit into the folder pouch. 4. Slip the mounted photograph into the pouch. Keep it in place with glue or tape. 5. Decorate the front of the frame using colored paper, fabric scraps, ribbons, and other decorative materials. 6. Tie a ribbon around the frame and give to Mommy on Mother's Day! |
