Native American Feather Hats

What You’ll Need

Feathers
Construction paper
Scissors
Glue
Stapler or tape
Optional: Markers, Crayons

Instructions

1. If you don't have feathers, make your own out of construction paper. Color them with markers or crayons.

2. Cut a band about 2 inches wide and long enough to go around the child's head, plus one inch.

3. Glue the feather along the band. Experiment with spacing them apart or overlapping them to see which effect you prefer.

4. Attach the ends of the band together with a stapler or tape to form the hat.
