Dressing your toddler for the New Year is a fun idea for pictures. Toddlers only wear a diaper and sash. It's tradition.

What You’ll Need

* Solid Fabric of any kind
* Scissors
* Glue
* Glitter

Instructions

Take a solid color fabric; cut the fabric into a sash. Using glue, write the year 2007 on the sash. Take glitter and sprinkle it heavily so that 2007 really stands out. Tie around the toddler from shoulder to waist.
