Make sure your film canister is clean and dry. Fill it half full with the unpopped popcorn.2. Have an adult poke a hole in the center of the canister lid, then thread ribbon through the hole. Make a large loop and knot with the ribbon. 3. Glue the lid onto the film canister then decorate it with stickers or glitter, or any craft supplies you have on hand.
