Paper Butterflies

Easy enough for preschoolers, this butterfly craft is a blast to make and even more fun to display.

What You’ll Need

Construction paper or foam sheets
Pencil
Scissors
Decorating materials: markers, glitter glue, glitter paints, 3D paints, etc.
Pipe cleaner
Popsicle sticks or dowels
Tape

Instructions

1. Draw a large butterfly on construction paper or foam sheet. Cut it out.

2. Decorate the butterfly with markers, glitter glue, glitter paints, and other decorating materials.

3. Cut antennae from pipe cleaners. Attach to butterfly's head.

4. Attach a popsicle stick or dowel in the center of the butterfly to make it stronger.
