What You’ll Needtwo paper platescardboard for head black and red paints paintbrushes scissors paper fastener black marker black pipe cleaner Instructions1. Paint the back of one paper plate black. Let dry completely.2. Cut the other paper plate in half. Paint back of paper plate red. Allow to dry. When dry, paint or draw black spots all over the red wings. 3. Overlap the wing tips, line up with the top center of the black paper plate, poke hole and attach with the paper fastener. You should be able to open the wings so you can see the body underneath. 4. Cut out little circle from cardboard to form ladybug head (size up with body). Paint black. 5. Line up on top of body where paper fastener is, poke hole and push paper fastener through so head is attached to body and wings. 6. Cut pipe cleaner into two pieces. Attach to the ladybug's head to make antennae. |
