> Easter Day Activities Peanut Butter EggsWhat You’ll Need12 oz Milk chocolate chips1 ½ tsp of Vanilla ½ tsp of Salt 1 ½ Cups of Peanut Butter 8 oz of Cream Cheese (Softened) 1/4 lbs of Butter ( Softened) 2 lbs of Confectioners Sugar Wax Paper How to make your Peanut butter Eggs:1) Mix the butter and cream cheese together2) Add the Confectioners Sugar; Mix 3) Add the Peanut Butter; Mix 4) Add the Salt and the Vanilla: Mix 5) Refrigerate for one hour 6) Form your mixture into egg shapes 7) Refrigerate again for one hour 8) Dip each egg into the melted chocolate 9) Place eggs on wax paper and allow to dry. After chocolate has dried, store in bags or eat! |
