Pie Eating Contest for Kids

What do kids like more than eating pie and making a big mess? So why not let them have a pie eating contest. Here’s what you need.

What You’ll Need

You will have to make your children’s pies first. You will need pudding and pie filling. Any flavor will do but chocolate is almost always a hit. You will also need crushed graham crackers, melted butter and whip topping.

Mix the graham crackers and butter together for the crust. Using a muffin tin, press the crust on the bottoms and up the sides of each cup.

Make the pudding and pie filling as directed on the package for pie filling. Once it has thickened slightly spoon into each muffin cup filled with crust.

Place in the refrigerator for an hour or so to make sure they set up well. You can easily remove the pies with a butter knife. Once you have removed the pies from the pie tin place the whipped topping on each pie.

Take the pies and your children outside to have their contest. Place the pies on a table and tell your children they can’t touch the pies with their hands, but to have fun eating! Whoever finishes their pie first is the winner. You can even have a second and third place if you like.
