Pizza English MuffinsThis is a great and easy way to make individual pizzas the whole family will enjoy. For lunch or snacking, it is quite a treat and fun to make. Bet you can't each just one :) What You’ll Need* Baking Sheet* 4 English Muffins, Regular * Mozzarella Cheese (either whole or shredded) * Marinara Sauce from a Jar (or you can use homemade pasta sauce) * Oregano DirectionsCut each English Muffin in half.Take a baking sheet and place the muffins on the sheet. Add a tablespoon of marinara sauce on each muffin. Cut the mozzarella into medium slices. Place one slice on each muffin. (If using the shredded cheese, sprinkle on muffin). Add a touch of oregano to each muffin. Add a dab of marinara sauce on muffin to top it off. Bake in oven until Muffins are toasted and mozzarella has melted. |
