Plant Markers

Make your own plant markers for your flower or vegetable garden.

What You’ll Need

Cardboard or empty cereal box
Markers
Glue
Plastic wrapper or resealable bag
Paper towel cardboard tube
Duct tape, packing tape or other strong tape

Instructions

1. Cut cardboard or one side of empty cereal box into a rectangle at least 3 x 5 inches.

2. Draw the plant you want to mark on the rectangle. Or cut out the picture of the plant from the seed packet, if you have it. Write the plant's name in large, clear letters.

3. Wrap the cardboard rectangle with plastic wrapper or resealable bag.

4. Use strong tape to attach the rectangle onto the paper towel cardboard tube.
