Pot of Gold at the End of the Rainbow Treasure Hunt

What You'll Need to Play:

* Index Cards
* Pen or Pencil
* Black Plastic Pot
* Treasure Goodies (stickers, gold coins, candy, jewelry, beads, etc.)

How to Play:

Conduct a treasure hunt for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Write clues or riddles on index cards that will lead the group of children to another clue continuing until they eventually reach the pot of gold.

You can play this game inside or outside. If the children are older or will be accompanied by adults, if playing outside, you can send them on a hunt throughout the neighborhood or even at a local park and back.

Fill your black pot with tons of goodies that fit the St. Patrick’s Day theme and are age appropriate.
