What You’ll NeedPaper platesCraft knife Ribbons or yarn Stickers, markers, crayons and other decorating materials Glue Instructions1. With the craft knife, cut two slits, one on either side of the plate.2. String a ribbon or piece of yarn through the slits to make a bonnet tie. 3.
