> Princess Activities Princess' RingThis activity is a wonderfully easy and fun way to have your daughter feeling like a princess in no time! She will love to show off her bling and will probably want to make more for her friends! Or better yet, you could have her friends over for a princess party and everyone can make one! Jeweler's MaterialsAluminum foilScissors Glue and glitter powder, or glitter glue Creating That Beautiful Bling1. Cut the aluminum foil into a square, about 3.5 x 3.5 inches.2. Roll the foil into a strip. Wrap the strip around the child's finger, overlapping the two excess ends, to see what size you need it to be. 3. Take the ring off very carefully so that you can hold it in place and twist the excess ends together. 4. Curl the twist over so that it forms a ball. This will be the ring's gemstone. 5. Cover the gem with white glue then dip into glitter powder. Use red powder to make a ruby, dark blue to make a sapphire, green for an emerald, etc. Alternatively, cover the gem with glitter glue in the appropriate color. Let dry. |
