Ring Toss Game

This activity will give you hours of fun!

What You’ll Need

cardboard box
paper towel tubes
toilet paper tubes
masking tape
scissors
fluorescent contact paper or tape

Instructions

1. Cut the box so it is only 2-3 inches tall, leaving the bottom intact. Tape the bottom flaps shut. This will be the base of the Ring Toss Game.

2. Attach the paper towel tubes and toilet paper tubes to various points of the base. Secure with lots of masking tape so they will not easily fall over. Decorate the stakes with fluorescent contact paper or tape.

3. Make the rings by cutting hollow circles, squares and triangles from the leftover cardboard. Decorate with more fluorescent contact paper or tape.

Be sure to make the holes in the shapes large enough to go over the tubes with ease! If you are playing the game with young children you will want the game to be challenging but easy enough they won't be frustrated at the end. Make several shapes so they don't have to be collected too soon during a game!
