Robots Picture FrameThis craft (based on Robots) can be made any time of the year to teach your child about recycling. The supplies are all things you have around your house and the craft turns out really cute. What You’ll NeedCorrugated cardboard (or cardstock)Glue Scissors Aluminum foil And, miscellaneous pieces and parts of your robot: Coke bottle lids, broken jewelry pieces, nuts and bolts, rocks painted silver, etc... Magnets are optional for the back if you want to place on refrigerator. Instructions1) Cut the corrugated cardboard into two squares. Make sure the frame is a little bigger than your picture.2) Cut the window out of the paper for your picture. Wrap aluminum foil around parts of your frame if you'd like it to look really shiny and metal, like a robot. 3) Glue the cardboard together on 3 sides. 4) Slide your picture in the remaining open side. 5) If you want to place frame on the refrigerator, Glue a magnet on the back of the frame. Your Recycled Robot Frame is finished! |
