Santa Advent Calendar

This activity makes it even more fun to count down to Christmas!

What You’ll Need

Cardboard
Colored paper
Markers, crayons or paints
Cotton balls
Glue

Instructions

1. Draw a big Santa face on a piece of cardboard.

2. Draw or color in Santa's hat, eyes, nose, mouth and beard with colored paper, markers, crayons or paints. Make Santa's beard extra big.

3. Write the numbers 1 to 25 on the beard.

4. Beginning on the first of December, have the children glue a cotton ball on top of the day corresponding to the day of the month on Santa's beard. As the numbers get covered up and Santa's beard grows, Christmas gets closer!
