Old socks
Empty plastic bottles
Old newspapers or magazines
Markers
Wiggly eyes
Yarn, ribbons, scrap fabric and other crafting materials

Instructions

2. Tie off the head with a piece of yarn or ribbon.

3. Glue on wiggly eyes or draw them on with markers. Add other features with yarn, ribbons, scrap fabric and other crafting materials. Use Dr. Seuss's books for inspiration.
