> Valentine's Day Activities String of Hearts DecorationStretching a banner of heart-felt sentiments is certainly one way to remind your family how much you love them. Each heart expresses one thing that we love about someone else. Don't just stop at one banner... see if your family can fill the whole house with LOVE! What You’ll Need* Red, pink, and white construction paper* Tape * Pen or fine point marker * String * Hole Punch Instructions1. Using all the colors of construction paper, cut out various sized hearts.2. Decorate each heart and write small loving thoughts about each family member on each. (Think candy heart messages) 3. Once all are decorated, tape together creating a banner. 4. Punch a hole in the side of the two end hearts 5. Cut 2 pieces of string and thread through holes, tying a knot to close. 6. Hang the banner across a wall and enjoy your family’s loving sentiments about each other. |
