Twenty Questions for Thanksgiving Day FunTrying to keep everyone occupied and happy after the big meal can sometimes be a problem. Children especially become bored and unhappy with their day and need to have things to do. Playing games is one way to keep the day going. This game can be loads of fun even for small children because it’s about all the people right there in the room with you. Here’s how it’s played. How to PlayStart by placing everyone’s name on a single piece of paper. Be sure to include everyone who is at your home for Thanksgiving. No one should be left out whether they actually play the game or not.Place the folded pieces of paper in a hat. Have the first player pull a name from the hat and see who it is. Make sure they don’t blurt out the name because if they do they are eliminated from the game. Start with the person to their left. This person asks a question about the name on the paper. Once the question is answered they can take a guess. If they guess right they get to take the next piece of paper out of the hat. If they guess wrong they are eliminated from the game and the next person in line gets to ask a question and take a guess. They also can decide not to take a guess and stay in the game. If no one guesses right after twenty questions the person whose name is on the paper gets to take a name from the hat. Play continues until every name has been pulled from the hat or there is only one player left. This game can be a lot of fun for many different reasons. Trying to figure out who is who and the crazy questions that may come up will keep everyone in stitches including children. Have fun and enjoy the game and the day together. |
