When your little one is gathering all those sweet Valentine's Day cards, wouldn't it be nice to have a place to save them? This Valentine Note Holder is a perfect place to store those Sweetheart cards and notes so your child will be able to savor them later!

What You’ll Need

Two paper plates per holder
Pencil
Scissors
Stapler
Glue
Heart stickers, glitter glue, markers and other art supplies
Paper punch
Yarn or ribbon

Instructions

1. Cut one paper plate into a heart shape.

2. Place on top of the whole paper plate, insides facing together. Staple or securely glue along the edges. Leave the top part of the heart open. If you use staples, you can glue yarn around the edges to hide the staples, or just to decorate the edges.

3. Decorate the note holder with heart stickers, glitter glue, markers and other art supplies. Write the child's name in front.

4. Punch two holes on either side of the top of the whole paper plate. Tie a length of yarn or ribbon from one hole to the other to make a hanger. Now you can hang this holder on a hook or doorknob.

5. Place Valentine's Day notes and cards inside the holder.
