What a delightful surprise to see a pretty little heart on your breakfast plate! Top with a little confectioners sugar sprinkled through a paper doilie for a fancy pattern to complete the Valentine's Day surprise. What You’ll Need* Pancake Batter* Cooking oil * Heart Shaped Cookie Cutter * Powdered Sugar Directions1. Heat your griddle over low to medium heat.2. Brush cookie cutters with a tiny amount of the oil and lay on griddle. 3. Pour 1/4 cup of the pancake batter into the cookie cutters. 4. Cook until pancake just starts to bubble. 5. Take cookie cutter off griddle. 6. Flip pancake and cook for about one minute or until slightly golden. 7. Remove the cookie cutters then turn and cook for another minute on the other side or until slightly golden. 8. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve. |
